Sapta Sagaradaache Ello (Side A) Trailer Talk: Impresses with Nostalgic Charm and Heartfelt Story

Finally, as we all anticipated this moment, the trailer of SSE Side-A was released today. Although the makers didn't release the trailer at the scheduled time, it has exceeded expectations, to say the least.

The underwhelming promotions before the trailer's release instilled fear in us, making us wonder, "Is it going to be a dud?" Although the first single, 'Horaata,' didn't resonate well with everyone, the title track won everyone's hearts with its melodious composition. However, these songs didn't achieve massive viewership. Thus, a good trailer became our only hope, and it delivered exactly what we anticipated.

The trailer has its heart in the right place. We witness the two lovebirds, Manu (Rakshit Shetty) and Priya (Rukmini Vasanth), in a long-distance relationship for most of the trailer. There's always something keeping them apart, but their exchange of love never falters.

In the trailer, we see Priya and Manu communicating over keypad phones. Manu finds solace in hearing Priya's voice through the recorded cassettes she sends him. Consequently, we can assume that the film is set in the 2010s, potentially evoking nostalgia.

Priya is portrayed as a hobbyist singer, and Manu is exceptionally supportive of her. In one frame, Manu is shown smiling as her passion becomes reality. Their beautiful phase of life takes a turn when Manu gets into serious legal trouble, leading to his imprisonment. While it's too early to determine, we witness a lifeless body being pulled from a sump and see Manu holding a sharp broken glass piece (with no visible bloodstains). Is this the actual reason behind Manu's incarceration? We'll only find out on the release day.

The trailer of SSE – Side A promises an emotional rollercoaster ride. The pain and longing experienced by the lead characters, along with the sudden shattering of their dreams, are palpable through the well-crafted portrayal.

SSE – Side A boasts remarkable visuals and music in recent times. Once again, Hemanth Rao adeptly utilizes visuals and music to convey emotions that words cannot capture. Kudos to Advaitha Gurumurthy (DOP) and Charan Raj (Music Composer) for their phenomenal work. Audiences can hardly wait to witness the magic on the big screen.

SSE – Side A is set to release on September 1st. The film features an outstanding cast including Rakshit Shetty, Rukmini Vasanth, Avinash, Achyuth Kumar, Sharath Lohithashwa, and Pavitra Lokesh, who play vital roles. Paramvah Studios helmed by Rakshit Shetty has bankrolled the film and it is distributed by KVN Productions.
